Unless it's an urgent situation, please book your stay in advance.

Important Notes

Preparing for the Stay

  • The cat must be spayed/neutered
  • The cat must be litter-trained
  • The cat must be healthy (no infectious diseases)
  • The cat must be vaccinated
  • The cat must be free of external and internal parasites (treated at least 7 days before arrival)
  • Completed and signed documents sent by City Cat Hotel

Payment & Cancellation

  • A booking becomes valid once 50% of the total amount has been paid
  • In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable
  • If you've paid 100% of the amount, we refund 50% upon cancellation
  • Walk-ins are not possible — arrival time must be arranged in advance
