Important Notes

Preparing for the Stay

The cat must be spayed/neutered
The cat must be litter-trained
The cat must be healthy (no infectious diseases)
The cat must be vaccinated
The cat must be free of external and internal parasites (treated at least 7 days before arrival)
Completed and signed documents sent by City Cat Hotel

Payment & Cancellation

A booking becomes valid once 50% of the total amount has been paid
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable
If you've paid 100% of the amount, we refund 50% upon cancellation
Walk-ins are not possible — arrival time must be arranged in advance
